Responsible Gaming

Solna are aware that within every community there are people who are vulnerable and those who will succumb to the temptation to gamble more than they can afford.
It is not in our, nor our partners’, interest to exploit this section of the public. Therefore, whether or not there is legislation to govern this in the country where we operate, or organisations to assist with this problem, we will apply a responsible policy.
This includes:

• Age verification systems – to ensure no under-age people are gambling.
• Self-exclusion options for players – those who recognise they have a problem and wish us to prohibit their play.
• Information about responsible gambling - and sources of advice and support if they exist in that country.
• Staff Training in recognising problem gambling
In jurisdictions in which we operate we will encourage the development and implementation of Codes of Practice and/or regulatory frameworks that ensure advertising and promotions do not encourage problem gambling.
Some advice that has been given to visitors.
• You’re buying fun, not investing your money
• Before playing, set strict limits on how much time and money you’re going to spend
• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
• Don’t spend more money on gambling with the hope to win back money that you have lost
• Keep up other interests and hobbies – don’t let gambling take over your life
• Don’t gamble in order to escape from stress or boredom
• Gambling in moderation is okay
• The key is… if you choose to gamble, gamble responsibly!
